NO PARTIES OR EVENTS • No parties or events are permitted • No unregistered guests allowed • All guests must be declared at the time of booking • No additional overnight guests beyond the confirmed reservation We reserve the right to end a stay if this rule is not respected. NO SMOKING • Absolutely no smoking of any kind inside the property • Smoking inside the home will result in a $1000 dollar fine to cover cleaning and remediation costs. GUEST COUNT • The maximum number of guests listed in your reservation must not be exceeded • This includes infants and children As per local fire regulations, we are only permitted to host the number of guests specified in the booking. QUIET HOURS • Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am This follows local bylaws and helps ensure a respectful environment for neighbours and fellow guests. GUEST VERIFICATION We may ask you to complete a quick guest verification before check in. This helps keep things safe and smooth for everyone. Thanks so much for understanding.
