The side in which you entered the unit. We want your stay to be smooth and enjoyable. If you need anything during your visit, you can message your co-host Sabrina directly through Airbnb. You'll also receive a check-in email with both my number and Joanna's, just in case you'd prefer to reach us by phone or text. In the event you need to call past 10pm, please call twice in a row as our phones might be on do not disturb. This is a fully legal basement suite with its own entrance, heating, and ventilation. Insulation between the floors helps reduce noise between floors, but as with any basement suite, you may still hear some everyday sounds from above. If absolute silence is a must, this might not be the best fit for you. We provide a starter supply of essentials, guests staying longer than a week will need to top up as needed. This unit does not have air conditioning but we provide fans in each bedroom. We listed iron on amenities but we have a steamer for clothes instead. It is located in the room with the king bed in the closet.

We’ve had amazing guests, and almost everyone follows our rules with ease. Every once in a while, though, someone hasn’t been so thoughtful, so we’ve put these rules in place to protect both our home and our guests. We kindly ask that you treat our property as you would your own home or that of a close family member: if you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you break it, please let us know. **Guest Count & Reservation**s: As per our fire inspector, we can only host the number of guests specified in the reservation — this includes infants and children. All guests must be declared at the time of booking. No unstated or additional overnight guests are allowed. Having more guests than stated could result in fines from the City, and we reserve the right to end your stay if this rule is not followed. **Quiet Hours** Quiet hours are recommended between 10:00pm and 7:00am, in line with City of Calgary bylaws. This helps ensure everyone — guests and neighbors alike — can enjoy their time here. **Smoking** Absolutely no smoking of any kind is allowed inside the property. Any evidence of smoking indoors will result in a $1000 fine. **Pets** No cats allowed. Dogs are welcome but must be on leash when outside and cleaned up after immediately. Failure to pick up after your pet may result in a $250 fine. **Guest Verification ** We may ask you to complete a quick guest verification before check in. This helps keep things safe and smooth for everyone. Thanks so much for understanding. **Longer Stays** Stays over 30 days require a simple rental agreement to be signed before arrival. This helps keep everything clear and protected for both of us.

Would definitely be there again. Nicely located out of the city but still very close to everything. And about a 10 minute drive from many things near downtown and McMahon Stadium. In a quiet neighbourhood with stores also near by. The communication between the host and my self was very clear and pleasant. Look forward to my next stay if it’s still available. I have a feeling this place will always be booked as long as they keep it affordable.
