Your stay includes one private, covered parking spot located at the back of the property. It is the only spot under the carport and is labeled '70' (please note your unit is 68). To access the suite from here, walk along the LEFT side of the building to the side door. If you park on the street out front, enter on the RIGHT side of the property. Your stay includes a private entrance, full kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, and laundry in lower level beside entrance to your unit (only used by you during your stay), plus access to the shared backyard. We want your stay to be smooth and enjoyable. If you need anything during your visit, you can message your co-host Sabrina directly through Airbnb. You’ll also receive a check-in email with both my number and Joanna’s, just in case you’d prefer to reach us by phone or text. In the event you need to call past 10pm, please call twice in a row as our phones might be on Do Not Disturb. Important Information: Self Check-In: For your convenience, you can check in anytime via a smart lock. Your unique access code and other details will be sent one day before your arrival. Lower Suite: This is a fully legal basement suite with its own entrance and heating. We've installed insulation to reduce noise, but as with any lower-level suite, you may occasionally hear sounds from the unit above. Accessibility: There are a few steps from the sidewalk to the property entrance. Inside the entrance, there are approximately eight steps down into the unit. Starter Supplies: We provide a starter supply of essentials like toilet paper and soap to get you settled. For longer stays, you may need to purchase additional supplies. Surroundings: The property backs onto St. Mary's Cemetery. It is barely visible from the house due to the garage and a privacy lattice, but we believe in full transparency for our guests. Security: For your safety and security, there are security cameras located on the exterior of the property. Pet-Friendly: We are happy to welcome your furry family members. We’ve had amazing guests, and almost everyone follows our rules with ease. Every once in a while, though, someone hasn’t been so thoughtful, so we’ve put these rules in place to protect both our home and our guests. We kindly ask that you treat our property as you would your own home or that of a close family member: if you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you break it, please let us know. **Guest Count & Reservations** As per our fire inspector, we can only host the number of guests specified in the reservation — this includes infants and children. All guests must be declared at the time of booking. No unstated or additional overnight guests are allowed. Having more guests than stated could result in fines from the City, and we reserve the right to end your stay if this rule is not followed. **Quiet Hours** Quiet hours are recommended between 10:00pm and 7:00am, in line with City of Calgary bylaws. This helps ensure everyone — guests and neighbors alike — can enjoy their time here. **Smoking** Absolutely no smoking of any kind is allowed inside the property. Any evidence of smoking indoors will result in a $1000 fine. **Pets** No cats allowed. Dogs are welcome but must be on leash when outside and cleaned up after immediately. Failure to pick up after your pet may result in a $250 fine. **Guest Verification ** We may ask you to complete a quick guest verification before check in. This helps keep things safe and smooth for everyone. Thanks so much for understanding. **Banff Pass** To improve our guest experience, we provide a Banff Park Pass for your convenience. Please remember to leave it behind on the counter at checkout so the next guests can enjoy it as well. - If the Banff Pass is not returned, a replacement fee of $150 will apply. **Longer Stays** Stays over 30 days require a simple rental agreement to be signed before arrival. This helps keep everything clear and protected for both of us.

This was a beautiful home away from home with lots of thoughtful touches. This space was bright, tastefully decorated, and featured comfortable furniture, fluffy towels, and all the modern amenities you need. I really enjoyed staying here for my three day visit to Calgary. Would definitely recommend staying here. Bonus: if you like walking, this is a nice distance from 4th street where there are lots of coffee shops and restaurants, as well as a few nice river pathways.
