We’ve had amazing guests, and almost everyone follows our rules with ease. Every once in a while, though, someone hasn’t been so thoughtful, so we’ve put these rules in place to protect both our home and our guests. We kindly ask that you treat our property as you would your own home or that of a close family member: if you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you break it, please let us know. **Guest Count & Reservations** As per our fire inspector, we can only host the number of guests specified in the reservation — this includes infants and children. All guests must be declared at the time of booking. No unstated or additional overnight guests are allowed. Having more guests than stated could result in fines from the City, and we reserve the right to end your stay if this rule is not followed. **Quiet Hours** Quiet hours are recommended between 10:00pm and 7:00am, in line with City of Calgary bylaws. This helps ensure everyone — guests and neighbors alike — can enjoy their time here. **Smoking** Absolutely no smoking of any kind is allowed inside the property. Any evidence of smoking indoors will result in a $1000 fine. **Pets** No cats allowed. Dogs are welcome but must be on leash when outside and cleaned up after immediately. Failure to pick up after your pet may result in a $250 fine. **Guest Verification ** We may ask you to complete a quick guest verification before check in. This helps keep things safe and smooth for everyone. Thanks so much for understanding. **Longer Stays** Stays over 30 days require a simple rental agreement to be signed before arrival. This helps keep everything clear and protected for both of us.

What a fantastic stay! The space is great for family or a group of friends, all the beds were comfortable and having 3 full bathrooms was great. The water pressure was good once you find the right setting! We had an issue with the fridge and the hosts were very quick to respond and offer a solution. Price was good for the time of year and the place was spotless. We would definitely stay again next time we're in the area!
